Other - Caribbean - 2 Answer - 2010-08-10 20:18:40 whats the best way to lose weight? im a 17 year old male and iv tried everything i can think of to keep my weight down. iv tried exercise, iv watched the calories, iv done all i can think of but nothing seems to work. i use to be really active and was thin i would go fishing camping hiking, i loved everything that had to do with the outdoors. i love to eat and when i was active it didnt really bother me but then i got lazy. when i got lazy is when my weight picked up. i use to be the fittest kid in the family. i still eat a bunch of fruit and vegetables when we have them. if you have any good answers please let me now. if i could just lose 20 or 30 pounds that would be great.
